We are currently accepting major health insurance companies such as Medicare, BCBS, United Health Care / Optum, CIGNA/ASH, Baylor Scott & White, AETNA/Holista, Humana, and Tricare. In addition, we are taking Workman's Comp: MedRisk and Bardavon. We are also working on credentialing with other insurance companies, so contact us to get specific benefit information for your health insurance company. If you do not have insurance, not a problem, we have self pay rates as well. Cash-based services include hijama, health coaching, and BodyQ.
