Meet our Physical Therapists

Dr. Angelene Dimaano, PT, DPT, UM-JRH Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency Graduate

Dr. Angie Dimaano graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy with honors from The University at Buffalo in 2021. She then went on to complete a year-long post-professional residency in Neurologic Physical Therapy with the University of Miami and Jackson Rehabilitation Hospital. There she received specialized training to manage the needs of individuals with various neurologic and vestibular disorders including Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Peripheral Neuropathy, Functional Neurologic Disorder, BPPV, Unilateral and Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction, Persistent Post-Concussion Symptoms, and PPPD.

Dr. Angie is passionate about targeted, individualized treatment as well as professional growth. She is active in journal clubs to stay current on recommended interventions and plans to sit for the board exam to become a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist.

Meet our Physical Therapist Assistants

Liliana Molineros, PTA

Liliana Molineros is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, graduated from Broward College with honors. She loves what she does and it shows in her priority of patient centered care.

Lili is very well rounded with a Complete Lymphedema Certification, Balance and Vertigo Certification, Rehab Fitness Specialist and Stability Ball trainer Certification, Kinesio Tapping Certification, and CPR Certification. She has being working with the Geatric population, adults, and pediatrics. Lili has worked with all ages with procedures like TKA, Total shoulder, arthroscopic surgery of knee, shoulder, hip and ankle with impressive success in ROM and strength. Lili loves to work with hands and their complexity! She is also highly effective at treating Lymphedema on legs and arms after lymps removal post cancer surgery.

You cannot find a more compassionate, caring, professional, knowledgeable and loving clinical who loves what she is doing. Lili loves working at Fyzical Coral Springs and working with a wonderful team and company that she feels allows her to grow in all aspects.

Her goal is to continue to growth and evolve as the best clinican she can be  to help those in our community!

Robert Brown, PTA

Robert Brown is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with honors from Fayetteville Technical Community College in North Carolina in 2020. Robert also has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where he played on the varsity basketball team. Robert is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Robert has over 2 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Outpatient Orthopedic working with patients of all ages and variety of diagnoses and impairments. He has a strong passion for helping patients live pain free, reach their goals, improve their health and wellness, assist them in returning to their functional activities, and achieving an overall better quality of life. His goal is to bring compassion and kindness to each patient during their session hoping to make an impact in their lives.

In his spare time, Robert loves to spend time with his family, play basketball, workout, watch sports, and go to the movies.

Meet our Managing Partner

Dr. Kanathy Haney, PhD, MCHES, CPH

Dr. Kanathy Haney has her PhD in Public Health in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Florida. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) magna cum laude in 2008 with a certificate in child welfare. She also received her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from FAU in 2011. She is Certified in Public Health (CPH), a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with almost 15 years of experience in public health. She is an Alumna of the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, received a Silver Knight Award from the Miami Herald and was Valedictorian of Coconut Creek High School in 2004.

Kanathy is a tenured Professor at Palm Beach State College in the health sciences. She has been the Health Cluster Chair and Human Trafficking Coalition Chair for over 6 years. Kanathy participates in multiple community organizations to prevent human trafficking. Her doctoral dissertation research focused on Factors Associated with Successful Reintegration of Sex Trafficking Survivors: A Public Health Perspective. She teaches health concepts, contemporary issues in health, drug education, and medical termiology.

Kanathy has been a health educator, a fitness instructor and athletic director for over 10 years. She worked at Boca West as a Fitness instructor and also at Century Village as an athletic director, both in Boca Raton. She worked as a Wellness Specialist at Miami Dade Parks and Recreation for 34 parks designing curriculum for physical activity and nutrition education for an after school program, Fit2Play, for elementary and middle school students. As a previous research assistant at the University of Miami she worked with children and adolescents with disabilities in Miami Dade and conducted data analysis on the specialized Fit2Play afterschool program. Kanathy worked with researchers to access health disparities in obesity and cardiometabolic conditions among children with disabilities using NHANES data in which chronic disease risk factors (blood pressure, lipids, glucose) were compared across weight categories, by disability severity, and disability status.

Kanathy also enjoys the outdoors, working out, anything by the water, cooking and eating, anything space or aviation, cars, real estate, finance and business, all things Disney, celebrating the holidays, helping people and spending time with family and friends especially her son and daughter who are her best friends.
