It is important to change up your exercise moves. In a next series of videos, we are going to show you how making small, subtle changes and stressing different areas of the body will help yield different results. These changes will also help you target specific muscle groups, and incorporate some ways to change up your range of motion.
For these examples, we will be focusing on how to change your step ups. You can use a step in your house, or an exercise step. We will show you how to work different parts of your body, and it will also include some variety so you keep interested in your exercises. Avoid the rut by varying it up!
