Forest Hill Wellness Programs

The FYZICAL Wellness Program is designed for clients with documented disease/injury, those who are at increased risk of developing a chronic health condition or just wanting to maintain their level of fitness. Our wellness program is an extension of physical therapy and a crucial phase to allow clients to transition from PT to a structured fitness plan. This ongoing program consists of three exercise sessions per week and runs continuously throughout the year. The activities and exercises selected will be individualized so that each client will work within their own prescribed heart rate range. Each client's HR range will be calculated at the initial consultation by the Wellness Director and will be monitored throughout each session. Exercise duration ranges from 30-60 minutes and is determined by the risk level of each patient. The speed and amount of increase in duration and intensity is dependent upon the individual's improvement in fitness level. This program will be conducted and reviewed by the Wellness Director at FYZICAL Forest Hill.

  • Personalized exercise prescription
  • 40-60 minute sessions, 3 X week
