Self-Pay Rates
FYZICAL Havertown recognizes that Physical Therapy may be costly for those with a high deductible health plan, which is why we offer an affordable cash pay rate for both Initial Evaluations and Follow-up Appointments:
- Intial Evaluation :$125 / Follow-up Visit: $71
