CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center is looking to add a full-time Client Care Specialist to our team!
In addition to supplying your best customer service, duties include, but not limited to:
- Schedule and enter appointments, and all that entails.
- Communicate efficiently & effectively with ALL staff and clinics.
- Send appointment reminders to patients - phone or email.
- Professionally greet & direct patients and visitors.
- Politely answer telephone & respond accordingly to caller.
- Assist with other office needs, including registering patients and receiving payments, laundry, light cleaning, and wherever else needed.
Hours are flexible up to 40-hours - Monday-Friday We're a privately owned and GROWING physical therapy clinic that has provided services to our region for over 10 years!

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is looking for a driven and talented physical therapist to join our team! We are a PT-owned, premier outpatient physical therapy clinic, and we strive to provide a wide range of patients through recovery and into wellness. If you enjoy a small clinic/family feel, autonomous practice with one-on-one care, and a collaborative work environment, you will love working at FYZICAL! We see patients for vestibular rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, chronic pain, gait dysfunction, and more.
This position will be a full-time position offering benefits that include: all major holidays off, paid vacation, continuing education reimbursement, short-term disability, health/dental. We also offer a productivity bonus program to be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements
All physical therapists that are applying should have either a Master's or a Doctorate of PT from an accredited university. New grads are welcome to apply. Good time management skills, strong manual therapy skills, interest in vestibular/balance dysfunctions, and excellent patient relations are a requirement for application.
