Starting your PT career can feel exciting — and a little overwhelming. That’s why at FYZICAL, you won’t be working for someone; you’ll be working with someone. Our owner is a PT who works in both clinics every day, so you’ll always have direct access and support — no layers of management, no corporate red tape.

You’ll have structured mentorship you can count on, with protected time set aside for growth:

Weekly meetings for your first six weeks
Biweekly meetings until month three
Monthly check-ins through your first year

Together, we’ll help you grow clinically, develop leadership skills, and understand the business side of physical therapy.
