PROGRAMS

Fyzical Athletics (Formerly RXN Athletics) is a locally owned and operated athletic performance training center bringing scientifically proven methodologies and sport-specific training to the El Paso community. Our experienced, certified and degreed coaches have worked with athletes from most sports and all levels from middle school up to the professional and Olympic levels.

GENERAL FITNESS

FYZICAL PEAK FITNESS

Focuses on High-Intensity Interval Training and periodized strength programs in groups of 4-15 people. Our coaches use fun, energetic techniques that inspire you to get the most benefit out of your training experience. Our structure incorporates every fitness level, from first-timers to former collegiate and professional athletes.

This is for the active adult (ages 16 and up) and participants need to meet minimum physical requirements by passing an initial assessment.

TRX BASICS

New to the TRX suspension trainer and just getting started? Start with this simple TRX suspension trainer workout as you increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility and stability, and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy-to-follow progressions. New users are encouraged to attend this session.

TRX BLAST

Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX suspension trainer workout. Build overall strength, balance, and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the time and reps, you set the intensity. All levels welcome!
