For Students: Your Clinical Education Experience at FYZICAL

At FYZICAL Indialantic and Melbourne Beach, we love hosting DPT and PTA students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real patient care. Whether you’re on your first rotation or preparing for graduation, we’re committed to helping you develop confidence, clinical skill, and professional identity — all in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What Makes FYZICAL Different for Students

Direct Access to the Owner

Here, you’re not just another student in a large system. You’ll be working with the clinic owner — not layers of management or red tape. You’ll have daily access to mentorship, observation, and feedback from experienced PTs and PTAs who love to teach and share what they know.

A Structured, Supportive Learning Environment

We believe great clinicians are built through consistent support and guided experience. You’ll be paired with a CI who values communication, feedback, and active learning. Our students participate in:
  • One-on-one patient care and observation
  • Case discussions and clinical reasoning sessions
  • Exposure to vestibular, balance, and orthopedic interventions
  • Opportunities to practice patient communication, documentation, and care planning
