George Cachares, PT., MS.
George has been working in physical therapy since graduating from Northwestern University in 1981. He has earned a post-graduate degree in Rehabilitation Management from DePaul University. He has co-owned the practice since 1990 and continues to be active in clinical service. George supports the efforts of independent practice focusing on sucessful outcomes, satisfied clients and inspired employees. He enjoys working with the challenge of orthopedic diagnoses including joint replacement, spinal conditions and chronic pain. George remains committed to supporting the success of community- based physical therapy and small business ownership.
Tom Kolacki, PT.
Tom is currently co-owner of the practice and has been a physical therapist since graduating from the University of Illinois in 1988. He is very active in clincal treatment, primarily in home health care. He enjoys working with individuals who are recovering from post-surgical joint replacement and those who seek help to become independent in and out of their home after a debilitating illness. He stays active in keeping current with all legislative and pertinent trends in private practice physical therapy.

Jessica Rolla, DPT.
Jessica graduaed wih her doctorate in physical therapy from Governors State University in 2011. She has an interest in applying her knowledge in orthopedic management and continues to use her talents aimed at clincally effective functional exercise. She has an interest in working with fall prevention, joint replacement clients and acute post-injury athletes. She is proud of her success in her career and has many success stories among the patients who have benefitted from her treatment.

Carla graduated from Fox College in Tinley Park with a PTA degree August 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has worked as a personal fitness trainer for a number of years. She is passionate about the health benefits of exercise and nutrition on ones functional quality of life.
