Local Family to Open Oakton’s First FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers’ Clinic January 2024
Oakton’s Batta Family is opening their new physical therapy clinic near I-66 in Oakton
Oakton, VA — [1/15/24] — The Oakton community is set to welcome a groundbreaking health and wellness resource with the grand opening of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers’ newest clinic in January 2024. Located at 10461 White Granite Dr., Oakton, VA 22124, near the I-66 and Route 123 interchange, this state-of-the-art facility marks the latest addition to FYZICAL’s network of over 525 centers across 46 states.
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers takes a holistic approach to wellness, providing not only recovery from injuries and surgeries but also supporting clients in achieving overall health and wellness. The clinic's balance therapy program addresses various issues contributing to balance disorders in a safe and challenging environment. Additionally, FYZICAL will introduce much-needed pelvic floor therapy services, addressing an area considered severely underserved in Northern Virginia.
Founders Gaurave and Leyna Batta, both natives of Fairfax County and graduates of Lake Braddock High School, are excited to serve the Oakton community. Drawing from their experience as former owners of Orangetheory Fitness, the Batta’s bring a wealth of knowledge to the wellness industry, viewing this clinic as an opportunity to give back to their community. Their vision includes establishing five clinics across Northern Virginia within the next five years.
Gaurave Batta shares a personal connection to the benefits of physical therapy, stating, “We have seen the benefits of physical therapy in our own family. Leyna’s father recently completed physical therapy treatment for balance issues after several falls and is now more active and more confident than he has been in years. We are thrilled to be able to offer this type of treatment, and more, to our community members, helping other families heal.”
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Oakton will offer various services addressing various diagnoses, conditions, and concerns. These include dizziness, concussion management, balance and neurologic issues, pelvic health, and sports injuries. The clinic will also feature an orthopedic rehabilitation program to reduce and reverse orthopedic pain or immobility and associated health issues.
