FYZICAL Oklahoma City recognizes that Physical Therapy may be costly for those with a high deductible health plan, which is why we offer affordable, prompt-pay cash pay rates for both Initial Evaluations and Follow-up Appointments.
- Intial Evaluations: $125
- Follow-up Visit: $80
