Katlin Cornelius, PT, DPT
Katlin received her DPT from the University of Evansville in 2019. She has 5 years experience as an acute care/outpatient PT. She recognized an essential need for vestibular therapies in the hospital setting due to the high amount of patients presenting with vertigo related to BPPV. She recognized providing earlier intervention of canalith repositioning maneuvers positively impacted patient’s functional mobility and ability to safely return home with their loved ones at discharge. This allowed her to provide more accurate post admit recommendations to ensure patients received the continued care they needed for a full recovery and minimize falls, injury, and readmit rates. She transitioned to Fyzical in October 2023 to further pursue Outpatient speciality in evaluation and treatment of vestibular disorders, cervicogenic dizziness, imbalance, and post concussive syndrome to improve the quality of life and reduce fall risk in this patient population. When she is not at work, she is spending her time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs Charlie and Josie.
Briawna Ward, PTA
Briawna is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Madisonville Community College. She joined the Fyzical team in December of 2017 and has enjoyed increasing her knowledge of vestibular impairments. Her passion is helping people have a greater quality of life and accomplish goals they were not sure they could attain again. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children and her husband.
Ashley Nousiadis, BIS, PTA, CLT
Ashley earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration at Murray State University after attending Madisonville Community college for an associate degree in applied science. Ashley has been a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007. Her clinical interests over the last 17 years of service with Ohio County Healthcare include Pelvic health, Lymphatics, Craniosacral Therapy, and has newly joined the vestibular specialty at Fyzical. Ashley is a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new countries and cultures. When Ashley is not at work she enjoys gardening, spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, and is currently working on becoming a hobbyist Sommelier.
