Physical Therapy in Desert Ridge for Lower Back

Sit on a ball with your feet and knees together.  Lift your heels while breathing with the diaphragm.

Keep your inner unit activated and your arms out to the side. 

Slowly turn ¼ to the left and return to neutral. Repeat on the right.

Try to stay relaxed but not let the ball move or your hips shift. Breathe throughout the exercise.

Repeat as advised by your Physical Therapist.
