Owner, Clinic Manager & Physical Therapist Assisant

Danieta "Danie" Grissman of Fort Worth was borne in Hutchinson, Kansas. She explained that her family moved multiple times while growing up. Joking she says "I went to 9 schools in 6 differnt states, from Kindergarden to Graduation, and one time we moved then came right back.  This allowed her to make lots of great friends all over the county.

She has worked in therapy for nearly 20 years; she was a rehab tech before graduating with an associates degree in applied science from Tarrant County College Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2003.

Danie is devoted to working with all patients, but her passion is treating older adults who are suffering from loss of balance and falls. She believes falls are not related to age, "it has more to do with a sedentary lifestyle" she says. She enjoys getting them moving again and watching as her patients regain their functional mobility, which aligns well with FYZICAL's moto "Love Your Life".

Helping her patients to realize their potential is her driving force and each patient holds a special place in her heart. When one patient was not progressing as expected, she researched alternative treatment options and discoverd FYZICAL's proprietary balance training paradigm and Safety Overhead Rail System. It was because of this unique approach to therapy that she and her husband Brad decided to open their clinic. Everyday, she looks forward to making a difference in her patient's lives. She goes the extra mile.

In her spare time, you will find her working out, walking her fur babies, bike riding and hiking. She and the love of her life Brad enjoy traveling, spending time at their ranch, playing golf and scuba diving. Her most memorable vacations were in the Bahamas and Japan. In the Bahamas they played golf with an amazing ocean view and dove with reef sharks. In Japan they visited many temples and went to Hiroshima. Danie also adores spending time with her 3 toy Aussies, 4 children and 5 grandbabies.
