If you want to start boosting your energy, improving your strength, and reducing body fat, then you owe it to yourself to start getting in shape by joining our Fitness Training Program, in which new members are enrolling  every month.

We offer a 26-week, by-appointment, strength training, and conditioning medical fitness program supervised in small groups by a personal trainer. You can improve your quality of life with our core program of just three, one-hour, supervised sessions per week. A two-session per week option is also available. Each session includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. We are open six days a week for you to maintain or improve your levels of fitness using the latest in Nautilus NOVA equipment. If you wish to enhance your results and optimize health-related benefits, we also provide metabolic testing.

Introductory Program Designed For Success

To insure that you are fully prepared to embark on a rewarding fitness routine, we have arranged for the following introductory program components:

  • Initial Private Assessment - Once you have enrolled, you will have a private assessment to review your health and fitness history, health risk profile, and expectations for a fitness program.
  • Exercise "Start" Session - During your first exercise session, which is private, you will learn the following

                 - Introduction to strength training equipment

                 - Details of Integrated Exercise System (strength and cardio)

                 - How small group exercise sessions are conducted

                 - New client strength training set-up and exercise routine

                 - New client cardio exercise set-up and cardio routine

Metabolic Testing - It's All About You!!!

As our goal is to provide you with a full range of wellness services, we also offer resting and exercising metabolic testing. We all know that our metabolisms slow as we age, and this can lead to increased weight. A simple, 12- to 15-minute breathing test can measure your resting metabolic rate or RMR, which allows us to determine your target caloric zones. These zones, based on your own body chemistry, are the key to how many calories you need to consume to maintain your ideal weight and how many calories you can consume to loose weight safely. You can now "eat to your metabolism" rather than follow established diet programs, most of which are developed from general guidelines and not designed for you. 

Additionally, we offer the same Korr Medical VO2 Exercise Metabolic Testing System used to train professional athletes. Your personal trainer will use your exercising metabolic rate or EMR test results to identify the specific heart rate zones where you personally train and burn calories most efficiently rather than rely on the customary formulas to determine these measures. This precise, cardio/aerobic training approach will assist you to burn more fat calories both during and after your exercise sessions.
