Sarah Whitworth, OTR, OTD, CHT
Sarah graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and started her career in the outpatient therapy setting at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. She developed a love for all things upper extremity and decided to specialize in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity by becoming a Certified Hand Therapist in 2013. Sarah works closely with local surgeons and physicians to treat surgical and non-surgical hand and upper extremity diagnoses and injuries involving the shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, & hand. She returned to school in 2016 to obtain her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from Texas Woman's University and published a research article in the Annals of International Occupational Therapy Journal in 2021. Her passion is building and sustaining relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized care. She is the Owner of Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers Sherman.
Brooklyn Vallier, Physician Liaison
Brooklyn is currently enrolled at Abilene Christian University wrapping up her Bachelors in Buisness Managment and Marketing. She enjoys being in social settings, thrives to continue building relationships between our physicians and improving patient care. Brooklyns free time includes spending quality time with family, exercising and bettering her health and wellness. Long term Brooklyn would like to own her own buisness and branch off to help other growing businesses.
Jordan Hudson, OTR
Jordan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2022. She started her career in the inpatient therapy setting at Reba McEntire Center for Rehabilitation in Denison. She has a passion in upper extremity rehabilitation and is working towards becoming a Certified Hand Therapist. Jordans shows her passion through providing evidence based care and building rapport with patients. During her spare time she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, dogs, bees, and chickens.
Chyenne Taylor, PT, DPT
Chyenne is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and recieved her degree from Texas Womens University in 2022. There she received the Dorn Long Endowment Award for clinical excellence. She has chosen to start her career in the clinical outpatient setting at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in Sherman. She is passionate about providing holistic
and evidence based care, building rapport with patients through honest and open communication, and utilizing her platform to improve the health and wellness of the community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, going on hikes with her yorkie noah, and collecting plants.
Steve Dunn, PTA
Steve graduated from Bryan Adams Highschool in Dallas, texas, in 1974. His formative years in high school laid the groundwork for his future endeavors, both academically and proffesionally. Following high school, Steve inlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1974 to 1983. During his time in the military, he achieved the rank of E5 Sergeant. His service not only instilled discipline and leadership skills but also provided him with a strong sense of duty and commitment to his country. After completing his military service, Steve pursued higher education at East Texas State University, where he earned a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. This academic background equipped him with a comprehensive understanding a societal structures and law eforment principles. From 1995 to 2010, Steve worked as a supervisor at Grayson County Community Supervision and Corrections Department. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing various programs aimed at rehabilitating offenders and ensuring community safety. In pursuit of further career development, Steve enrolled at Murray State College where he graduated as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2012. He obtained his PTA license on November 6, 2012. During his spare time he is an avid sportsman and enjoys spending time out doors.
