Sarah Whitworth, OTR, OTD, CHT

Sarah graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and started her career in the outpatient therapy setting at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. She developed a love for all things upper extremity and decided to specialize in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity by becoming a Certified Hand Therapist in 2013. Sarah works closely with local surgeons and physicians to treat surgical and non-surgical hand and upper extremity diagnoses and injuries involving the shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, & hand. She returned to school in 2016 to obtain her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from Texas Woman's University and published a research article in the Annals of International Occupational Therapy Journal in 2021. Her passion is building and sustaining relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized care. She is the Owner of Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers Sherman. 

Brooklyn Vallier, Physician Liaison 

Brooklyn is a college student currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, with a strong passion for understanding people and making meaningful connections. She works as the Physician Liaison, where she bridges the gap between healthcare providers and the community promoting wellness, education, and support. Outside of her professional role, Brooklyn hosts the Tell You Anyways podcast, a creative outlet where real conversations and community stories take center stage. She’s also a proud plant enthusiast and a firm believer in the importance of staying rooted both in nature and in community. Deeply driven by service, Brooklyn’s long-term goal is to work in the city as a detective or contribute to public service in another impactful way. Whether through psychology, outreach, or open dialogue, her mission is clear: to listen, to connect, and to serve.

Chyenne Taylor, PT, DPT

Chyenne is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and recieved her degree from Texas Womens University in 2022. There she received the Dorn Long Endowment Award for clinical excellence. She has chosen to start her career in the clinical outpatient setting at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in Sherman. She is passionate about providing holistic 

and evidence based care, building rapport with patients through honest and open communication, and utilizing her platform to improve the health and wellness of the community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, going on hikes with her yorkie noah, and collecting plants. 

Jordan Hudson, MOT, OTR

Jordan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2022 and began her career at the Reba McEntire Center for Rehabilitation in Denison. There, she gained valuable experience in inpatient therapy and discovered her passion for upper extremity rehabilitation. She is currently working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), with the goal of offering highly specialized care to patients recovering from hand and arm injuries.

Jordan is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care, with a focus on building strong relationships and helping each patient feel supported throughout their recovery journey. Her calm and encouraging presence helps create a comfortable environment where patients feel motivated and empowered. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, dogs, bees, and chickens often embracing the peaceful balance of nature and family life.

Sarah Allen, PT

She is a licensed Physical Therapist who brings nearly a decade of experience and compassion to the FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Sherman. Originally from Arlington, Texas, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2016.

With a strong clinical foundation and a genuine passion for helping others, Sarah is known for delivering personalized, hands-on care that truly makes a difference. She takes pride in getting to know each of her patients and tailoring treatment plans that support their individual goals whether it's returning to daily activities or improving overall function and balance. Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys relaxing with her dog, Amaya, and spending time in the quiet moments that bring her joy. Her caring nature, commitment to excellence, and love for the work she does make her a trusted and valued member of our team.

Allison Nickles (A.J.), PTA

She is a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Sherman. Originally from Oklahoma, A.J. brings a friendly, down-to-earth energy to the clinic, creating a comfortable and encouraging environment for patients as they work toward better balance, strength, and mobility. She earned her degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and has since dedicated herself to helping others move better and feel better. A.J. has a passion for making therapy a positive and empowering experience, and she’s known for her upbeat attitude, patience, and ability to motivate patients of all ages and backgrounds. When she’s not in the clinic, you can probably find A.J. at a concert, soaking in live music and good vibes. She also loves spending time at the beach whether it’s a weekend getaway or a dream vacation, the sound of the waves and a good playlist are her perfect combo. And no day is complete without her favorite pick-me-up: a refreshing matcha drink. With a strong heart for patient care and a fun-loving spirit, A.J. brings knowledge, dedication, and genuine warmth to our team at FYZICAL.

Kassidy Rands, Client Care Specialist

is the friendly voice and welcoming face behind the front desk at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Sherman. As our Client Care Specialist, she plays a vital role in making sure every patient feels seen, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine love for helping others make her an invaluable part of our team. Born with a deep appreciation for nature and all things outdoors, Kassidy finds peace and joy in spending her free time at the lake, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. Whether it’s a quiet day with a good book or an early morning cast into calm waters, she thrives in moments of stillness and connection to the natural world. When she's not working or outdoors, you'll likely find her curled up with a book always eager to explore new stories and ideas. Kassidy brings that same curiosity and warmth into her interactions with patients, always going the extra mile to ensure they feel comfortable, informed, and valued. With a strong sense of compassion and a steady spirit, Kassidy helps create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks into FYZICAL. She believes healing happens best when people feel truly cared for and that’s exactly what she strives to offer every day.
