"One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to work with clients on their personal goals. I love working with dancers on performance enhancement and injury prevention, and being able to watch them perform and compete at a higher level than they were before. I also love helping people create healthy goals and getting them started on a fitness track. You are never too old, weak, or out of shape to start a fitness routine!"-Kylie Embry
