Oklahoma Direct Access Laws

Oklahoma law allows direct patient access to physical therapy with some provisions. Treatment may be administered with the following provisions: The physical therapist must obtain a physician’s referral after 30 days. Patients must obtain a physician’s referral if they are seeking physical therapy for any workers’ compensation claims.
