Event schedule:
8:00am – Mini bootcamp in park w/ Coach B
8:30am – Mini bootcamp in park w/ Coach B & Spring Stroll w/ Clare, approximately 1 mile walk with walking pole option
9:00am – Open House begins
9:30am – Introduction to FYZICAL FITNESS and Q&A with Coach B (15 minutes)
10:00am – “The 6 Pillars of Health: A Holistic Approach to Wellness” with Terri Strange, Certified Nutrition Consultant (15 minutes)
10:30am – “Balance in Action: Discover the Benefits of Activator Poles” with Clare Swietlik, PT, DPT (15 minutes)
11:00am - “Don’t Let Pain Drain Your Summer Fun”, presented by Matt Gibbons, PT, Owner, FYZICAL Waukesha (30 minutes)
1pm – Open House Ends
