Laura Starks Physical Therapist - Clinic Director PT, DPT, CSCS
Laura earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence (Rock Chalk!). She has practiced physical therapy in Kansas, Iowa, New Mexico, Washington state, as well as Costa Rica, where she provided all treatments in Spanish. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is currently studying for her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist board certification.
Laura enjoys climbing mountains, bicycling, and sailing. She strives to help patients of all ages return to the activities they enjoy through movement, manual therapy and education.
Dave Schultz Owner, Physical Therapist PT
After being raised in Iowa City his whole life, David graduated from Luther College in 2006 and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa in 2009. Falcon Physical therapy has been his home ever since. Primary interests are outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy and therapeutic dry needling. He spends most of time fixing up his old house and property in Peyton, tinkering with projects way over his head, crossword puzzles, reading and eating his wife's delicious food. He is joined in these endeavors by Ashley, daughter Sophia, son Levi (Bubba) and trusty dogs Midas, Jake and Abby Sue.
Kerri Tiller Physical Therapist PT
Kerri is originally from Pennsylvannia where she recieved her bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh followed by Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Kerri has been working in outpatient orthopedics since starting her career and enjoys working with a wide variety of patients. Kerri strives to help patients reach their functional goals through manual techniques and an individualized exercise program.
JP Zenthoefer Physical Therapist PT
JP received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Walla Walla University in Walla Walla, Washington in 2013 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA in 2012. Following graduation, JP spent the first 1 1/2 years of his professional career working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic within the Southern California area. After his first job he started the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Loma Linda University, which he graduated from in December of 2015. Since moving to Colorado Springs in the summer of 2016, JP has been working for Falcon Physical Therapy. JP enjoys working with individuals of all ages in order to help them reach their goals and full potential after rehabbing from injury. He works diligently at being a detective in searching for the source of the problem, not just treating his symptoms. When JP is not working he enjoys hiking with the Colorado Mountaineering Club, attending class to learning how to be safer while playing in Colorado’s beautiful mountains. JP also enjoys cycling with Colorado Springs racing and trailing running in the local parks around Colorado Springs with his wife Amanda and his dog Teva.
Bree Labeth Physical Therapist PT
Originally from southern Oklahoma, Bree earned her bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in December of 2013. Moving to Dallas, Texas, she began her work towards her Doctrate of Physical Therapy, from Texas Woman’s University. She graduated in May of 2017 then moved to Colorado Springs to join the Falcon family. Bree enjoys the outpatient orthopedic setting and especially loves working with athletes of all ages finding challenging activities to push them back to their full potential. In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading (especially in her favorite coffee shop), hiking, and skiing.

Born in South Carolina and raised in Texas, Chelsea graduated in May 2015 from South Plains College in Levelland, TX just outside of Lubbock, TX, with an Associates in Science and an AAS in Physical Therapy Assistant. She was president of the Student Physical Therapist Assistant Class of 2015 where she received 2 leadership awards by vote of the class and the Vera Sue Spencer Award and Scholarship for outstanding leadership and community service in the entire South Plains College graduating class of 2015. After graduation she worked in a private practice outpatient orthopedic clinic for 1.5 years before moving to Peyton, CO and began working with Falcon. She loves patients of all kinds and enjoys getting to know each and every one to find out exactly what they need to get better and make physical therapy more fun and enjoyable. In her spare time she really enjoys taking her Jeep Wrangler offroading, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, spending time with her 4 dogs, yoga and just hanging out with her husband Tyler.
