COVID-19 Therapy Update: Public Health Emergency Has Ended

We want to thank you for being a patient of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. We appreciate the trust that you’ve put in us to help you on your health and wellness journey.

May 11, 2023, marks the end of the federal COVID-19 public health emergency.  Masks are no longer required to be worn by patients, parents, caregivers, visitors, or staff.  However, our teams are happy to wear a mask upon request.  If you or your child have any symptoms including; fever >100 degrees, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, chills, muscle pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, extreme fatigue or diarrhea, please notify our staff immediately.

The health and safety of our patients and employees has always been our top priority, and we are dedicated to the continued safety of our clinics.  We want to assure you that we are still taking the necessary precautions to ensure our clinics are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our normal course of business. Your health and wellness are of the utmost importance to us here at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. We want you to feel safe and comfortable, so you can continue to improve your health and wellness through consistent treatments as outlined in your individual plan of care.

We’re also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they aren’t feeling well. All of these practices, and our business decisions, are informed by guidance from the CDC and local health organizations.

  • FYZICAL is committed to remaining open Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm as an essential healthcare facility to provide you with outstanding care and give you the opportunity to address your medical needs. With our clinic open, we hope you will maintain and progress through your plan of care to surpass your goals and establish a better quality of life.
  • It is our professional duty to provide effective therapy services to patients, to serve the profession, and to positively influence the health of society.

Our Commitment to Healthcare

  • As an essential healthcare provider, it is our duty to ensure that all patients’ needs are addressed while keeping Hospitals, ERs, and Primary Care facilities open to higher risk patients needing immediate care.
  • We vow to help alleviate the burden placed on Hospitals, ERs, and Primary Care facilities by providing direct access care to patients.

Your Treatment

  • For your safety and ours, we will gladly wear a mask upon request and we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for all cancelations or rescheduled appointments.

Doing Your Part

  • You and your family’s health, safety, and well-being are of the utmost importance to us at FYZICAL. In an effort to maintain everyone’s safety and reduce any potential risk to our patients, please cancel/reschedule your/your child's appointment if you/they show signs of illness.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
