FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is are evidence-based physical therapy practices with an emphasis in vestibular balance therapy and fall prevention, sports medicine, and a variety of other orthopedic programs.

Our Dothan, AL location offers state-of-the-art testing, including the Videonystagmography and Computerized Dynamic Posturography. These tools are utilized to insure that our Physical Therapists are creating a personalized Plan of Care for your patients!
