Denise is the owner and CEO of FYZICAL - Las Cruces & Northwest El Paso formerly known as Southwest Sport & Spine Center, which has been in business since May 2000. She grew from one small PT clinic in Las Cruces to three state of the art clinics; two in Las Cruces and one in Northwest El Paso. Denise attends several educational training sessions each year to stay on the cutting edge of what is happening within the Physical Therapy profession and health care in general. Denise is very involved in service or leadership for community-based programs such as local 4-H clubs, Aggie Athletic Fund, NMSU, church activities, and coaching local school teams. Denise enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and supporting her community.

Sabrina is the Vice-President of Administrations and Clinical Director for FYZICAL Northwest El Paso. She enjoys orthopedics, aquatics, and sports rehabilitation. She specializes in treatment of the pelvis through advanced training prompted by personal injury. She is Co-founder of the Breathing Science Institute. She enjoys the outdoors, is a competitive runner, and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
David Gallegos, Deputy CEO & Director of Sports Medicine FYZICAL NM & TX Board Certified Athletic Trainer, Board Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy, Masters of Education
David Gallegos is an Athletic Trainer who works with individuals of all ages and abilities to help them achieve their top physical and performance levels. He brings expertise in youth sports, high school athletics, minor league baseball, soccer and professional football. He oversees the Sports Medicine program at FYZICAL - Las Cruces & El Paso.
It's his belief that the best sports health care is achieved with a team approach. He has organized the Ultimate Sports Physical and a concussion network where many different types of health care providers work together with a common goal of providing the best sports health care possible. David serves on the Board of Directors for the National Athletic Trainers Association and is the Director for the Rocky Mountain states of NM, AZ, CO, UT and WY. In 2018, he was inducted into the New Mexico Athletic Trainers Hall of Fame.
David graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors of Athletic Training Education in 1997 and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2003 with teaching certifications in science and health. He has completed Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is one of 12 Athletic Trainers to hold the credential in the United States.
His hobbies included coaching youth soccer and building homes. He is married with 3 children and actively involved in the community.
Kennen Bitton, Physical Therapist FYZICAL Northwest El Paso, TX Doctorate of Physical Therapy licensed in NM & TX
Kennen works with all populations to help them return to what they love as quickly as possible. He believes that education and a holistic view of every individual is essential to providing the best care possible. Recently, Kennen began training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment with plans to continue certification and pursuing an Orthopedic Clinical Specialty Certification.
Tammie Vos Physical Therapist Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist
Tammie was born and raised in Redondo Beach, Ca. She went to Physical Therapy school at the University of southern California. Tammie has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting for five years. She recently received her orthopedic specialty certification. She is always striving to keep up with current research and techniques to better her patient care. She recently started studying and learning vestibular rehabilitation ato expand her expertise. Tammie loves spending time with her husband and golden retriever.

Zeke is entering his fifth year as a Certified Athletic Trainer. He has been working for Southwest Sport and Spine Center for over four years now. Zeke is currently working on completing all courses for McKenzie as well as Balance and Vestibular Certification. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as dedicating time to learn new things and expand on his profession.
