Our office is located at 360 South State Street, Suite #C110, in the same building as the Provo Veterans Center. At Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers of Utah – Orem, our mission is to provide our patients with the quality care they need throughout Orem, UT. Our office employs some of the most state-of-the-art technology as a way to diagnose movement issues and arrive at the best solution for treatment plans.
