Recovery Café – FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, Sanibel Island

To support ongoing musculoskeletal and neurological recovery, we offer access to our Recovery Café — a specialized wellness space designed to enhance post-treatment recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote long-term physical function.

Hyperice Venom 2 Back
Delivers a combination of heat and vibration therapy to the lumbar spine to decrease muscle stiffness, increase localized blood flow, and improve mobility. 

Hyperice X Shoulder & Knee
Targeted modalities for joint-specific recovery. These devices apply heat and vibration to reduce post-therapy soreness and promote healing in the shoulder and knee regions.

Hyperice NormaTec Compression Therapy
Utilizes sequential pneumatic compression to enhance venous return, reduce edema, and expedite post-exercise or post-therapy muscle recovery. Clinically proven to support lymphatic drainage and improve circulation.

DNA Vibe Jazz Band
A versatile red and near-infrared light therapy device that also incorporates micro-vibration and magnetic pulsing. The Jazz Band is wearable on multiple areas of the body — including knees, shoulders, back, neck, and ankles — to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote cellular repair. Ideal for chronic pain management, injury recovery, and soft tissue healing.

MedMassager Foot Circulation Device
Provides deep tissue vibration to the soles of the feet, stimulating peripheral circulation and aiding in the relief of neuropathy symptoms, plantar fasciitis, and general foot fatigue.

Juvent Micro-Impact Platform
