What's new at FYZICAL Shavano Park

  • FREE Headache Workshop, Friday Feb 21.  Headaches are among the most common health complaints in the U.S., affecting millions of people annually.  Common types include tension headaches, migraines, cluster headaches and vestibular headaches.  Fortunately, physical therapy has emerged as a promising approach to managing headaches.  On Feb 21 at 2:30pm, Dr Rebecca Cantu, PT, DPT, will present a free workshop on headache management. Plan ahead for the new year and call to reserve your spot.

  • Welcome to our new providers:

Dr. Heather Truelove, PT, DPT has joined the team a FYZICAL Shavano.  Dr Truelove earned for Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.  Welcome Dr. Truelove!

Dr. Jennifer Penn, PT, DPT, NCS has joined the staff at FYZICAL Shavano Park.  Dr. Penn earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California and completed the University of Southern California/Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center (USC/RLANRC) Neurological Clinical Residency Program. She is a Board Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist and holds a certification in Vestibular Therapy through the Herdman program at Emory University.  Welcome Dr. Penn!
