Elizabeth Templeton Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT, GCS, CEEAA, PCES
Dr. Elizabeth Templeton is from Philadelphia Pennsylvania and graduated from Arcadia University in 2008 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.
She has over 9 years of experience with experience working in a variety of settings from acute care, home care and outpatient settings.
She is a certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS), Certified Exercise Expert in Aging Adults (CEEAA) and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). She has a passion for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Grace Berry Doctor of Audiology AUD
Dr. Grace Berry, AuD brings to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center 28 years of experience. In 2017, Dr. Berry along with her husband Mike (and dog Rudy!) moved here from Minnesota.
Dr. Berry obtained her undergraduate degree in Business from University of NorthDakota, Grand Forks. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Audiology from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. In 2004, she completed her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University, George Osborne College of Audiology.
Dr. Berry brings to Fyzical many years of experience in the area of hearing and hearing aids. She is excited to provide these services as well as extensive vestibular testing to the Physical Therapists of FYZICAL.
Jeremy Beasley Doctor of Physical Therapy PT, DPT
Dr. Jeremy Beasley is originally from Indiana (Hoosier) . He brings over 16 years of experience in outpatient Orthopedics. He began his career in 2002 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He achieved his Bachelors Degree from Governors State University Illinois in 2008. He became a resident to Florida in 2012. In 2016 he graduated from University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He immediately became part of Fyzical's team. His main focus is Manual Therapy techniques and a true appreciation of Orthopedic cases especially tendon injuries, fractures, spine, and post surgical patients. In November of 2018 he begins his one year Residency for to participate in Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Additionally he has been level II certified in the treatment of Vestibular/Balance disorders and treats neurological conditions such as Parkinsons Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Stroke. He believes in a team approach with the other clinicians and has a true empathy for patients and their conditions. He strives to help patients achieve above their personal goals.
Georgia Davros Physical Therapy Assistant PTA
Georgia Davros is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, FL and has been a team member for over 2 years. She graduated with an Associate in Science degree from Broward College in 2016 and has been a member of The American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Florida Physical Therapy Association since 2014. Georgia is currently a clinical instructor for future therapists seeking to enter the field and has volunteered for the Special Olympics locally since she was a student. She truly enjoys working in the exciting field of vestibular rehabilitation among working with other neurological conditions ranging from Parkinson’s disease to cerebral vascular accidents and even spinal cord injuries just to name a few. One of her many passions in the field of physical therapy is working closely with amputees and their prosthetists to assist her patients in getting back to functioning on a community level. She is now seeking a certification in an orthopedic program to further advance her skills within the company.
Roxana Rangel-Pomo Physical Therapy Assistant PTA
Roxana Rangel Pomo is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida She has been a member of the Fyzical family for almost a year, first as a technician and now as PTA. She graduated with an Associate in Science from Hodges University in 2017 and has been an active member of the APTA for 2 years. She is focused on increasing her skills and knowledge in order to offer a more specialized service with current certifications on Bladder control and pelvic floor examination, Lumbar spine and pelvic techniques, and Vestibular level II courses. Her passion is to work with neurological conditions such as CVA, TBI, MS, ALS, Parkinson’s, and SCI moreover she enjoys working in the field of vestibular rehabilitation for which she is seeking the opportunities to increase her knowledge in the discipline.
Dr. Virginia S. Reed, Doctor of Physical Therapy PT, DPT
Dr. Reed is recognized as a leading expert in vestibular and balance assessment and rehabilitation. She graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.
She is experienced and successful in the treatment of various pathologies of the musculoskeletal system with a special interest in treatment of vestibular dysfunctions.
She began focusing on areas such as assessment and management of fall risk and completed several continuing education clinics and courses that emphasized inner ear disorders like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This personal passion for balance influences Virginias’s ideology in treatments and enables Virginia to create broad and comprehensive functional balance regimens.
Virginia values individualized care for her patients and works hard to help patients meet their goals.
