Meagan Lewis Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT, BS Exercise & Sports Studies
Dr. Meagan Lewis graduated in May 2019 from D'Youville College in Buffalo New York where she was born and raised. She is an avid football fan and loyal to her Buffalo BILLS. Meagan loves all forms of exercise and likes to spend her spare time playing softball, kickball, kayaking, and hiking with her two dogs, Oliver and Cali. She is passionate about helping people live their lives to the fullest and putting her patients at ease with her infectious smile and humor. Go BILL's!
Shaun Taylor Physical Therapy Assistant PTA
Shaun grew up in Cape Coral Florida and received his Associate of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Broward College. He loves to cook and bake, and his nurturing nature is well received both by his co-workers and the patients he treats. His creativity transitions well into successful "recipes" that safely challenge the patients he works with. Shaun likes to spend his free time on the soccer field and is active in community service teaching soccer to disabled youth.
Jerry Manus Physical Therapy Assistant PTA, AAS, ASTYM
Jerry received his Associate of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Davenport University in Lansing Michigan, where he grew up. He has spent the past nineteen years helping people get back to doing what they like to do, without pain or the fear of injury. His expertise is evident in his ability to put patients at ease with his humor, smooth moves and calming voice. Jerry has strong core values that include coaching softball and enjoying his free time serving others.
Autumn Rogers Physical Therapy Assistant PTA, LMT
Autumn Rogers grew up in New England and received her Associates of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Hesser College in Manchester New Hampshire. In addition to her PTA degree, Autumn has twenty years’ experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She loves animals and is dedicated to making her dog "Chewy" feel like a king. Patients have praised her caring touch and positive energy. Autumn is happily married to Jon and enjoys being happy and positive every day.
Diane A. Ezernack Clinical Director Master's of Physical Therapy
Diane Ezernack completed her Master's of Physical Therapy from University of South Alabama and has been treating patients for over thirteen years. Diane grew up in Gonzales, Louisiana where she cultivated her good old southern charm. She loves the sunsets on the beach, running, and playing with her dogs. Diane is a maestro at orchestrating patient care balanced with a sense of humor. She is a true professional with resourcefulness that is contagious. The clinic is a productive and friendly place where she makes it easy to Love Your Life!
