Sauna Blanket
If you have been feeling overworked or sore from sports activities, come take a 30 minute sauna in our private wellness room. You are fully dressed in comfortable clothing, however, you get the same benefits as a traditional sauna. Our Higher Dose infrared sauna blanet will elevate your body's thermal energy, enhance deep relaxation and improve circulation.
Your first session is free. Following sessions are $1 per minute. Typical sessions range from 30 - 50 minutes.
