Cancelations and Re-schedules made less than 24hrs in advance, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee.
No-shows for initial evaluations and daily appointments, we reserve the right to charge an $80 fee.
Late arrival to appointments and the clinician is unable to see you due to the time, it may be considered a no-show and we reserve the right to charge an $80 fee.
This fee will be due prior to treatment at your next scheduled appointment.
We appreciate your diligence to communicate with us and attend each of your therapy sessions as we continue to work with you in your recovery.
