COVID-19 Update
For the safety of our staff and patients, we had our offices professionally sanitized. Per Governor Pritzker’s order, masks are required. Our waiting room has been modified to keep a safe six-foot distance or patient and caregivers wait in their cars to prevent excessive congregation in these areas. We screen all patients and caregivers upon arrival with temperature readings, symptom checks, and hand washing. If a patient is unsure of an in-office visit, we are also offering telehealth.
