FYZICAL Round Rock strives to become a contracted in-network provider for as many insurance services as possible. We are either in-network with most major insurers or are attempting to become a network credentialed provider. Presently, we are able to accept the following insurers:

Self-Pay Rates
FYZICAL Round Rock recognizes that Physical Therapy may be costly for those with a high deductible health plan, which is why we offer an affordable cash pay rate which is the same for both Initial Evaluations and Follow-up Appointments:
- Intial Evaluation / Follow-up Visit: $95
