After battling dizziness and vestibular symptoms since 2021, Shellie Tourtillotte shares her powerful journey to finally finding answers—and relief—at FYZICAL Twin City Bangor. Shellie visited the ER, her PCP, ENT, neurology, and two other physical therapists before traveling to Mass Eye and Ear. It wasn’t until she walked through the doors at FYZICAL that she began to see real progress.
Overcoming Vertigo: Hollie’s Journey Back to the Saddle
Hollie Hitchcock has always loved riding horses, but severe vertigo forced her to put her passion on hold. After trying multiple physical therapy clinics with no success, she found hope at FYZICAL Twin City Bangor. Clinical Director Renee Moran took an innovative approach—creating a simulated horseback riding experience in the clinic using a barrel, saddle, and VR technology to test and train Hollie’s vestibular system. Now, Hollie is on her way to getting back in the saddle and Loving Her Life again!
