STRONG in 15 is a Personal Training Studio located within our FYZICAL Fitness & Wellness Studio. 

The primary objective for our clients is to provide an injury-free, effective, and extremely efficient workout. Our clients get stronger training 15 minutes a week. 

ABOUT

Kenne Woods, lead trainer, established STRONG in 15 in 2019 to bring his 15-minute training philosophy to life. He guides individuals as they overcome their physical challenges. The training is so efficient because we use ARX Robots. Full-Body training ranges from 8-17 minutes. Thus, STRONG in 15. Clients regain ease in performing daily activities. Tasks like improving bone density, picking paper off the floor without pain, getting out of the bathtub, or pulling the garden hose around the yard with confidence are reclaimed.


What is it?

Resistance training that simultaneously improves muscle size, strength and cardiac efficiency. These improvements lead to improvements in bone density and endurance. The technology associated with ARX (Adaptive Resistance Exercise) allows clients to train at their maximum forces concentrically, eccentrically, and isometrically.

They can do so very safely as well, despite moving at forces much greater than they exert with barbells and dumbbells. The ARX Robot is our primary tool to develop muscle. The average full-body workout ranges from 8-17 minutes

Who is it for?

  We see clients ranging in age from 8 years to 91 years. Great grandmothers to college linebackers, and everyone in between, have been trained on the ARX Robots. ARX is especially beneficial for women with bone density concerns. 


When can I train? 

 Our hours are:

7:30am-3:30pm Monday

8:30am-3:00pm Tuesday

8:30am-6:00pm Wednesday

8:30am-3:30pm Thursday

8:30am-3:00pm Friday

8:00am-12:00pm Saturday 

12:00-4:00pm Sunday

Where is the studio?

1411 S Main Street

(next to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center

located within the FYZICAL Fitness & Wellness Studio)

The studio is personal and your privacy is very important to us. For this reason, we only offer Private and Semi-Private Training that is for 2-4 individuals at a time.

Clients have the options to choose between 30 and 60 minute appointments.

At this appointment, we will receive your health history and waiver for training.Our objective is to learn your current challenges, concerns, and the goals you want to accomplish within the timeline you expect.
