FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Meet with an experienced physical therapist on the phone, virtually or in-person to discuss your symptoms and treatment options.  If you've never tried physical therapy before or want to make sure this physical therapy clinic is right for you, then a discovery visit is a great place to start.  The visit takes about 20 minutes and the goal is to help you discovery the best option for you to get on the road to recovery.

At the conclusion of the consultation visit, the physical therapist will either provide you with recommendations on how physical therapy can help with your condition or refer you to another provider.  The ultimate goal is to provide you with solutions and options on where to get started. 

If physical therapy is recommended, you will be provided with the option to speak with one of our client care specialists to schedule an initial evaluation with one of our physical therapists.  

If a referral to another provider is recommended, then the physical therapist will assist with that referral.

You DO NOT need a referral to work with a physical therapist.  FYZICAL's client care specialists will help you understand your health insurance benefits and/or payment options for physical therapy services.
