Unlike many other rehabilitation offices, FYZICAL Lake Success is an independently owned and operated physical therapy practice, dedicated to providing high quality Physical Therapy care to its patients. We are neither physician nor corporately owned, which mean that you, the patient, are our sole concern and responsibility. You will receive physical therapy care designed and rendered by a well-credentialed Doctors of Physical Therapy, rendered according to contemporary, evidence based standards of care that are endorsed and recommended by the American Physical Therapy Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Academy of Neurologists and the American Academy of Otolaryngologists, Ear Nose and Throat Surgeons. Our patients need and can expect from FYZICAL Lake Success, a one-on-one experience with seasoned and expertly skilled practitioners.
Your referring physician and PCP will receive detailed written and/or verbal information on your care; clinical data and results from your physical evaluation, planned therapeutic treatment and rationale, in addition to ongoing progress communication as needed.
Our support staff is kind, friendly and responsive to your needs. We make and keep timely appointments in a professionally appointed office, easy to get to from anywhere in Nassau or Queens. We offer flexible office hours and we are available seven days weekly in the event of urgent care needs. We participate in a wide variety of health insurance plans, as listed elsewhere, which can cover most or all of the cost of services. Our office staff is always available to assist you. Our office location is fully handicapped accessible and we are easily accessible by automobile, bus or LIRR service. Ample free parking is available.
