FYZICAL® Dizziness and Fall Prevention Centers is an ancillary service of Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat. Our multi-disciplinary approach allows for a thorough and individualized assessment and treatment process for patients. This allows us to minimize a delay in care between disciplines. Fyzical® may recommend that some patients also see providers at Midwest ENT as several conditions that cause dizziness and imbalance should be monitored by an ENT. Our Midwest-Fyzical Team looks forward to working with primary care, neurology, internal medicine, cardiology, pediatrics, and more, to assist in the treatment of your patients.
