FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is an evidence-based physical therapy practice with an emphasis in vestibular balance therapy and fall prevention.  Each patient gets an individual plan of care based on their goals and personal treatment throughout the session.  All our treats are one on one, so Medicare patients are welcome, and all patients get the outcomes they deserve.

We are currently treating patients with Medicare and commercial insurance.  We will contact referral patients within one business day and often schedule them within 48 hours, keeping the referring physician and PCP informed.
