FYZICAL Little Silver takes all types of insurance. Currently we participate with Medicare and ALL Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans as well as any out of state and national Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. We do take and submit many other forms of insurance incuding private plans, worker's compensation, and motor vehicle insurance. Please call one of our client care specialists for specific details. If we do not participate with your insurance plan, still give us the opportunity to check your benefits for you, payment arrangements can often be arranged.

Financial Arrangements
All co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance are due at the time of your visit unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company whether we participate or not. However, payment for services is ultimately the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
We do not accept letters of protection or submit to third party insurance.
