Eric Bjorkman, PT, MPT, CO - Owner
Eric was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in Exercise Science. He then attended Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois for his degree in Physical Therapy. After graduating, he returned to Lincoln to start his career. He worked in an outpatient clinic with another therapist for 5 years before starting a practice of his own. Eric has been at the 17th & South location since 2004 and joined FYZICAL soon after it began. Eric enjoys seeing a variety of patients from orthopedic to balance. During his free time, he enjoys spending time at the river with his family and friends.

Carrie Rohr, PT, DPT, AIB-VRII, AIB-VRC
Carrie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Briar Cliff University. Before graduate school, she attended the University of Nebraska-Kearney and received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Carrie is originally from Grand Island, Nebraska.
Carrie is an American Institute of Balance Certified Provider for Vestibular Rehabilitation & Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation II. She has additionally completed extensive coursework on vestibular disorders, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction/vestibulopathy, vestibular migraines, and persistent perceptual postural dizziness (3PD). Her professional interests in physical therapy focus on treating dizziness, imbalance, orthopedics, and geriatrics. Carrie is thrilled to support the Lincoln community by guiding individuals on personalized paths to reclaim their passions.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys spending quality moments with friends and family. She is also gaining insights into farm life through her husband, Skip, who works on the family farm near Tobias, NE. Her hobbies include playing tennis and pickleball, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her golden retriever.

Sarah Larson, PTA
Sarah was born and rasied in Lincoln, and graduated from Lincoln Northeast Highschool. After highschool, she attended Southeast Community College and graduated with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistanst. Sarah has worked in a number of physical therapy settings throughout her carrer which has given her many skills in the field. Sarah has a passion for womens health along with a strong background in Orhtopedic Rehabilitiaion. In her free time, Sarah loves to enjoy nature (she would live outside if she could!), fishing with her boys, shopping with her daughter, hiking, and swimming!

Beth Fern, PTA (PRN)
Beth was born and raised in Lincoln and grew up in the country club neighborhood. She played a year of division III volleyball and track in Minnesota and Bethel University. Although Beth was a business marketing major, she always had a passion for health and wellness, so after graduation she worked as a weight loss counselor and was a personal trainer at a big gym in Minneapolis for 5 years. Beth returned to Lincoln to attend PTA school and graduated in 2016. She has worked in both hospital, skilled nursing homes and outpatient facilities which has given her experiences with all walks of life. Working for FYZICAL has improved her manual therapy techniques which she has found brings great results. Beth loves seeing the positive changes in her patients lives as she helps them. decrease pain and/or return to activities they haven’t been able to do In a while. In her free time, Beth and her husband love to spend time with their son Hundson and take their energetic Irish Setter, Duncan for family walks, or go for bike rides.

Kelly Bjorkman, Director of Operations
Kelly joined the FYZICAL Team in the summer of 2019 part time and continued her teaching career of 20 years. In the summer of 2020 she joined the team full time. Kelly was born in Grand Island, moved to Iowa and then returned to Lincoln as a young child, so she calls Lincoln her home! She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan with a bachelor's in Elementary Education. She then pursued two masters degrees through Doane College as she continued her teaching career. As the wife to Eric, she continues to support all areas of the practice. She will be working closely to connect with the community we support in our clinic. Eric and Kelly have a daughter Piper, which is the center of their world. In her spare time, she likes to work outside, enjoy friends and spend time at the river.
